Uber easy… the way DIY should be!
I’m excited to share a few behind the scenes moments and my personal favorite… DIY projects! I still have several bigger projects to post, but in the meantime here’s a sneak peek into one of my latest simple projects that we were lucky enough to utilize on our engagement photos taken by Kora Kassmeier here in Norfolk, NE!
I found this canvas bag at Target (pronounced Tar-shay in our house, because we think we’re french) in the clearance section for $10.50. It was pretty simple, a little earthy, but lacked a certain… bit oh pizazz. So here’s where the zazz comes in:
Anyways, I found some simple fabric brads at Hobby Lobs for a couple bucks, took them home, and folded the pokey parts in like so. I did this because the material was too thick for the brad in most places and it made it easier to hot glue.
Slap a little hot glue on the back, slap them onto the bag, and voila! It’s just a smidge edgier. Total cost for the bag: $12.00. It’s handy as hell when we’re camping, I don’t have to worry about ruining it since it cost basically a lunch! Stay tuned for some cooler/ bigger projects that include BOOZE!
